Juventus ended their Serie A season with a 2-0 win over Monza at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday. Alex Sandro led out the Bianconeri for one last time as they wrapped up the campaign with a victory.
Federico Chiesa opened the scoring for Juventus in the first half, with Angel Di Maria adding a second after the break. The win sees Juventus finish the season in eighth place, while Monza finish in 15th place.
Juventus will now turn their attention to the summer transfer window, as they look to rebuild their squad under new manager Thiago Motta. Monza, meanwhile, will be hoping to avoid relegation next season.
In other news, AC Milan have won the Serie A title for the first time in 11 years. The Rossoneri beat Sassuolo 3-0 on the final day of the season to secure the Scudetto.
Inter Milan finished second, while Napoli finished third. Both teams will now compete in the Champions League next season.
